What this website collects.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, enquiry interest and message. The form may also submit sanitized campaign-source fields from the page URL, such as UTM source, medium and campaign, so we can understand which link led to your enquiry.

Enquiries are stored in the website's Cloudflare D1 database. We use them to respond, assess the requested conversation and keep a record of that correspondence. When email notifications are configured, enquiry details are sent through Google to the SANSAR team's inbox. Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.

Please submit only information needed for the enquiry. Do not include customer records, passwords, private keys or sensitive production data.

The interactive demo

The demo uses seeded, fictional records. It does not create a production SANSAR account or connect to your agents. An essential demo-session cookie may be used to keep the selected demo session available as you move through its pages. It is separate from advertising or analytics tracking.

The signature example on the verification page runs in your browser. It generates a temporary key and synthetic record locally. Its private key is not exported or persisted, and the example does not send that record to SANSAR.

Hosting and tracking

The website is delivered through its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Those services process requests to serve and protect the site. The site does not install advertising trackers or a separate analytics SDK. Sites hosting provides built-in traffic analytics, including page views and visitor counts.

We retain up to five campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content) in first-party session storage for the current browser tab, so those labels can stay with an enquiry after navigation between public pages. A new explicit campaign replaces the previous labels. We add no visitor identifier, cookie, page history or analytics event. The labels are sent to us with the enquiry when you submit it. The form also works if your browser blocks this storage. Campaign links should not contain personal information.

Retention and your requests

We retain enquiry information as needed to handle the conversation and related business records. To request access, correction or removal, contact info@sansarai.ai. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. This notice does not set a fixed deletion deadline.

Production platform deployments, if contracted, have their own agreements and data-handling terms. This notice covers the public website, its contact form and synthetic demo.
